Devji graduated from Kingston University in 2004 with a first class degree in civil engineering. Since graduating he has developed his experience and technical expertise in specialist contracting. At Abbey Pynford he was responsible for the design of new piled raft foundations. Upon moving to GSS in 2012, he developed as a specialist in securing restricted access piling projects, pile design and the design of temporary works for multi-level basements. After completing his MSc in structural engineering at Surrey University, Devji graduated to become a Chartered Civil Engineer in 2015 and is an active member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Neil joined GSS in 2021 to lead the growth of the large diameter piling team. As Operations Director he has overall responsibility for HSEQ and our project delivery. He has developed an extensive track record for delivering piling and deep foundations projects across all sectors of the built environment, both in the UK and overseas, with experience gained both in specialist contracting and consulting. Neil has a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering.
Paul joined GSS in 2004 and has worked his way up from Site Supervisor to Piling Operations Manager. Paul’s background is in piling and deep basement works. He is a particular specialist in restricted access mini piling where his can do approach solves the most challenging piling problems for our clients. Paul has a wealth of experience in both geotechnics, plant and structures and is a natural practical engineer with excellent project management skills. Paul has also gained qualifications in SMSTS (site safety training), Site Management (NVQ Level 4) and mental health first aid.
Felix started his career in foundation construction in 1995 and has ever since been committed to consistently delivering positive results and whilst developing his personal knowledge and competencies. He is an enthusiastic professional who motivates and enjoys working within site construction teams. Within GSS his role is to drive the performance of our project teams from pre-mobilisation to completion and ensure projects meet our customer’s expectations
Lisa joined GSS in 2005 and has seen it develop into a leading organisation. She has carried out numerous roles, including company secretarial duties, bookkeeping, cash collection, developing and managing accounts, HR, IT & quality management processes and certifications. She oversees all other business support activities within the office environment
